This is Super Helen doing toes to nose. But she's so strong she can bring them all the way up and hook them on a rock. By the time we were finished I think she's done at least 8 for these things. They are great for core strength finger, grip, hip flexors.. But you have to be reasonably flexible to do this order for all those muscles to do their work. Stretching is as important as training.
She is great climber, a good kid and inspiration to World Stretch and to her team Urban Core!
